During my first trimester of pregnancy, I experienced one of the hardest seasons of my life. Between constant sickness and unexpected hormonal changes, my skin began to react in ways I had never seen before. The breakouts, dullness, and uneven texture took a toll on my confidence. I tried countless products — from affordable to high-end — but nothing truly worked long term. That’s when I realized the issue wasn’t just my skin; it was the lack of products genuinely formulated for women who look like me.
